If you find something that you would like to have personalized and you are a member of WOSIB Lives, please go to our Personalization Form (there are links on each of the events pages) and fill out the requested information. Please be as specific as possible, including the event (such as Anniversary), the item number (such as Card 001), and what personalization you are requiring. While we offer our designs for anyone, WOSIB Lives or not, the personalization is only for our members.
