You are applying to become a member of WOSIB Lives by entering your information on this form. Your information will not be sold to any group and will not be shared with anyone unless it is required (the Garden head that you are joining, for example).

While we do not require a website in order to join our group, you do get added value if you do have one. If you do have a website, you will be asked to fill out a webring information page after you are accepted.

Whether you have a website or not, you are being asked to fill out this form in its entirety. If you have a website, please include it. If you do not currently have a website but get one in the future, you will be required to fill out the webring form at that time.

Remember that you have to join ONE garden at the minimum. You are always welcome to join more.
