Please complete the following information for our records. If you are not going to be absent for more than 3 days, you do not need to fill out a LOA. You may request a leave of absence for 30 days. Please remember it is your responsibility to take care of your mail settings at Yahoogroups so that your e-mail doesn't bounce while you are gone. If you need assistance with this contact Jill. Please, also remember that if you are in a Garden, you will need to contact your Garden head about your LOA. One Garden may have different guidelines regarding LOAs than another.

It is your responsibility to contact your Garden heads.

Please note!! If you are on LOA, you will be set to NO MAIL in all gardens you are in. Garden Heads will reactivate your mail when you return. This will prevent bouncing, etc.

If you are LOA, you are LOA. You either are here and participate fully or you are LOA and don't participate until you can participate fully. If you are LOA, this includes all Gardens you are in. If you are LOA in one, you are LOA in all of your Gardens.

A RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED!!!

We cannot process your LOA request without a definite start and return date. If you are unsure exactly, put in 30 days from your start date and we can adjust accordingly if need be.

We expect you to fill in a form when you return from LOA. If you don't, we will automatically remove you from the LOA list one week after your due return.
